Grid Lab runs the same workload model twice against your live Grid — a Cold pass with the reservoir ignored, and a Charged pass using current Active + Extended fill and the capabilities your plugs are allowed to draw. Quality, latency, tokens, and retries scale from that reuse. Power and Pro unlock a deeper pass that also weights each plug’s live draw.
